The whole of the UK, with particular depth in the North West, West Midlands and South Wales. In the US, we recruit for accountancy firms in Texas. We're based in Stafford.

Top 100, scaling and disruptive accountancy firms. That includes both PE-backed firms and traditional partner-owned practices.

Tax, audit and assurance, accounts and business advisory, and advisory, from Associate to Partner. That includes corporate, personal and indirect tax, outsourcing and bookkeeping, transaction services, M&A and insolvency.

When does a candidate typically engage with you as a recruiter?
Usually long before they're actively looking. Some people come to us when they want to move now, but most are part of our network: we talk regularly, we give free career advice, and when the timing is right and we have the right role, we connect them. We've often known a candidate for more than 12 months before we secure them a role.

What sort of timeline are we working to for a potential move?
Typically four to six weeks to secure a new role. The exact timing depends on seniority, location and the time of year.
