Accounts & Audit Semi-Senior

The Role:

• Take the lead on various audits, involving on-site attendance, client liaison, and team management.
• Handle a range of accounts preparation tasks, including business and corporate tax calculations.
• Draft tax returns for Partners/Directors associated with accounts jobs.
• Liaise with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
• Ensure compliance, meet deadlines, and keep clients informed.
• Occasionally attend networking and business development opportunities on behalf of the firm.

Requirements:

• Working towards ACA/ACCA qualification or a similar professional qualification.
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role.
• Knowledge of the auditing role and its organisational benefits.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
