What You'll Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of audit clients, leading end-to-end engagements
- Plan, oversee, and finalise audits, including complex assignments
- Review accounts and support junior team members with technical queries
- Act as the primary client contact, building long-term trusted relationships
- Mentor and develop junior staff, both on jobs and in-office
- Support department-wide planning, resourcing, and quality delivery
- Collaborate with senior leaders on growth and strategy
- ACA / ACCA / CA qualified (or equivalent)
- UK audit experience, ideally with SME and mid-market exposure
- Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP; IFRS experience welcome
- Confident managing teams and client expectations
- Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
- Comfortable balancing hands-on delivery with leadership responsibilities
