Responsibilities:
Managing and conducting statutory audits, actively participating in all audit stages from planning to completion.
Demonstrating initiative and assuming responsibility for audit management and team coordination to ensure completion within the agreed budget.
Principal client contact during on-site fieldwork.
Managing on-site teams, aiding in team supervision and development.
Supervising on-site audit teams, reviewing Associates' work, and assisting Senior Audit Managers in project management and client liaison.
Reporting to a Senior Manager on large, complex audit assignments alongside other Assistant Managers, while also managing a small portfolio of clients as a manager.
Executing work profitably and on time, adhering to professional standards and satisfying clients and audit senior managers.
Supporting the team in delivering a quality audit timetable and providing insightful comments for client reports.
Contributing to a continuous improvement ethos within the team.
Managing and leading assurance and risk management projects, liaising with clients and preparing client reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
ICAEW, ACCA, ICAS
