As an Audit Associate in the Public Sector team you will have the opportunity to work closely with their PS Client base, lead audit engagements, and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.
Responsibilities:
- Perform substantive testing, analytical reviews, and other audit procedures in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Review and supervise the work of junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and insightful audit reports to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing client inquiries and providing value-added recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in auditing standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and processes.
- Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.
- ACA / ACCA / CPFA Part Qualified
- Experience in a Public Sector Audit team in the UK
