The Opportunity
 
A Top 10 firm (you'll know the name) has tripled in size in Bristol over recent years. They're expanding their senior leadership team with a new Audit Director to take ownership of a mixed corporate audit portfolio - mid-market clients with complexity, scale, and commercial edge.
 
This isn't replacing anyone. There's no politics. It's a pure growth hire driven by demand.
 
You'll be the strategic lead across your portfolio - not just reviewing files, but building relationships, setting the direction of the team, and advising business owners on the stuff that actually matters.

✅ What You'll Need

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• Solid audit leadership experience in a Top 100 firm
• Strong grasp of UK GAAP and IFRS
• A calm, commercial presence clients trust
• Team leadership experience (formal or informal)
