• You’re a qualified ACA or ACCA with Responsible Individual (RI) status, already operating at Partner or Director level.
• You’ve managed a wide-ranging audit portfolio and can adapt your approach across sectors—entrepreneur-led businesses, mid-sized groups, and larger corporates alike.
• You’re known for your technical expertise but even more so for your people-first leadership. You’re as comfortable nurturing talent as you are building board-level relationships.
