About the Role

Quality & Technical Manager – Elevate Audit from the Inside

You’re the person teams call when an audit judgment gets tricky. The one who turns complex standards into clear, practical guidance. Now you’re ready for more - less delivery, more influence.

This role puts you at the heart of audit quality for one of the UK’s top 15 firms. Supporting client-facing teams across the country, you’ll shape methodology, coach on best practice, and ensure the firm’s audit work stays sharp, compliant, and forward-looking.

You’ll:
  • Provide technical advice on complex IFRS/UK GAAP and audit issues
  • Coach teams and embed best practice across the firm
  • Design practical tools, training, and guidance auditors will actually use
  • Help evolve the firm’s audit approach and quality processes

It’s ideal for a qualified (ACA/ACCA/CA) auditor with deep technical knowledge - whether you’re already in a quality/technical role or coming from a client-facing background and ready to focus on impact at scale.

Mostly remote, with some office visits to stay connected.
