Step into a leadership role as an Audit Senior Manager, specialising in the Not-For-Profit (NFP) sector.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a diverse portfolio of NFP clients, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/UK GAAP, tax regulations, and principles of good governance.
• Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, achieving profitability targets, and contributing to the firm’s strategic objectives.
• Innovate auditing practices to meet the unique challenges of the NFP sector.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, inspiring them through the “Smarter People” initiative.

Preferred Requirements:

• Strong expertise in IFRS/UK GAAP to maintain high financial compliance standards.
• Demonstrated success in auditing across diverse sectors, particularly in NFP.
• Experience managing audits, preparing accounts, and completing tax computations for limited companies.
• Leadership skills to guide teams and foster professional development.
• In-depth knowledge of tax and VAT regulations, UK law requirements, and governance principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor, creating a culture of continuous learning.
