Audit Senior (PQ)

Responsible for delivering client-based assignments, ensuring high-quality audit work and reporting from the team.

This role involves leading and coaching team members, managing client relationships, and contributing to the success of the business unit, including broader business and people development.

Role Requirements:

• ACA or ACCA Part-Qualified
• Significant auditing and accounting experience, preferably with UKGAAP knowledge.
• Experience in a reputable Accountancy firm.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for clients on a day-to-day basis.
• Demonstrate excellent writing, research, and presentation skills.
• Anticipate client needs and communicate effectively in both written and verbal exchanges.
• Act with integrity, always considering the firm's best interests.
• Assist in planning, executing, and finalising all areas of the audit assignment.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and understanding of how work impacts the firm's ability to serve clients.
• Apply a solution-based approach to problem-solving on client assignments.
• Identify areas requiring improvement in client business processes and provide recommendations.
• Take primary responsibility for monitoring progress against budget.
• Provide on-the-job training for developing auditing skills and familiarity with the firm's audit methodology.
• Participate in service line, office, and firm-wide activities.
