About the Role

Do you have a passion for high quality client services? Are you looking for a step up to a Managerial role?

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offering advisory support to independently managed businesses on diverse accounts and business matters.
  • Handling a personal portfolio of clients, managing year-end and various issues while fostering robust relationships year-round.
  • Reviewing accounts and tax computations from team members.
  • Ensuring client needs are met by effectively managing deadlines and workflow.
  • Crafting statutory accounts for a variety of client types and sizes.
  • Formulating business/corporate taxation computations and returns, addressing standard associated tax inquiries.
  • Possible engagement in audit tasks as required by experience and need.
  • Assisting the team with the technical facets of client service (financial statements, audit, business taxation matters). 
Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience of at least four years in accountancy practice within a role involving multiple disciplines
  • (Qualified - ACA or ACCA).
  • Skilful in managing a diverse client portfolio.
  • Exceptional technical proficiency.
  • Adept at understanding commercial aspects.
  • Desirable experience in professional networking.
  • Emphasis on meeting deadlines through efficient time management.
  • Proficiency and confidence with IT, particularly MS Office applications, and cloud-based accounting solutions like Xero and QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with the Iris suite of programs.
  • Possession of a clean driving license with car access for business purposes.
