About the Role
Job Opportunity: Business Tax Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Business Tax professional to join our growing Business Advisory Team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support clients and colleagues in a dynamic environment, with a focus on Corporate Tax and a range of advisory projects.

We are seeking an experienced Business Tax professional to join our growing Business Advisory Team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support clients and colleagues in a dynamic environment, with a focus on Corporate Tax and a range of advisory projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax strategies for clients, helping them plan their financial futures.
- Engage in business development activities to identify and research opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Apply technical knowledge and commercial awareness to solve important tax-related issues.
- Advise clients on corporate tax aspects of their business, including M&A and tax structuring projects.
- Support M&A transactions, both buy-side and sell-side.
- Prepare advanced clearance applications for HMRC.
- Lead and manage projects from start to finish, including scoping, quoting, delivering, and billing.
- Conduct client meetings and work closely with key client contacts.
- Build strong relationships with clients, connectors, and referrers.
- Stay updated on tax technical developments and deliver internal and external training sessions.
- Identify new opportunities within the client base.
- CTA or ACA qualified with a proven track record in Business Tax Advisory, M&A, and project management.
- Experience with Innovation Tax Reliefs, Capital Allowances, Exit and Succession Planning, and Restructuring. Personal and VAT tax experience is a plus.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
- Skilled in building long-lasting client relationships and adept at face-to-face interactions.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and seeking new work.
- Full driving license required.
