This opportunity is a gem for a recently qualified accountant looking to pivot into Corporate Finance. Responsibilities encompass a dynamic spectrum including securing financial resources, orchestrating business sales, steering acquisitions, managing buy-outs and buy-ins, overseeing mergers, listings, and flotation processes. Partnering closely with one of the firm's directors will offer an invaluable chance to broaden your exposure.

The ideal candidate should hold ACA or ACCA Qualified, preferably from a top 50 training background. Applicants must have proven experience in corporate finance
