Corporate Tax Compliance Manager

Corporate Tax Compliance Manager | £50,000 - £65,000 | Birmingham

The Role:

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive tax services and solutions to their corporate clients. You will manage a team of tax professionals and ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality tax compliance. 

Duties:

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their tax matters.
• Provide expert advice on corporate tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to clients, ensuring adherence to relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Review and supervise the preparation of complex corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Advise clients on tax implications and strategies related to mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and other business transactions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
• Manage and lead a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments within the firm, such as audit and advisory, to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ACA / ACCA / ATT / CTA Qualified
• Exposure to multiple sectors would be advantageous since their clients come from diverse industries.
• Previous experience in Corporate Tax or Mixed Tax within a similar role in a practice environment is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax
