- Manage your own portfolio and assist in the running of your section with an input to workflow planning.
- Consistently bring opportunities and work to the Group.
- Deliver revenue and profitability targets.
- Foster enduring client relationships.
- Develop and inspire their smarter people plan.
- Oversee a small portfolio of key corporate clients, including their compliance process.
- Focus a large part of your time on supporting the Tax Partners to deliver tax advisory services to existing and new clients.
- Assist in managing the corporate tax team by engaging team members, conducting appraisals, providing coaching on assignments to support the development of team skills and knowledge, and continually improving the quality and delivery of work.
- Establish strong working relationships with your own portfolio of clients through assignments and regular contact, including attending client meetings.
- CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA (or equivalent) qualified.
- Exposure to multiple sectors is advantageous due to their diverse client base.
- Previous Corporate Tax or Mixed Tax experience in a similar role within a practice environment is essential.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to research complex areas of tax legislation.
