About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Employment Tax Assistant Manager to join our client who is a Top50 firm based in Birmingham City Centre.

The firm has has amazing growth over the past 3 years and are now looking to develop their added value service lines such as employment tax.

Duties:
  • Assist in advisory work and develop new opportunities within the group
  • Prepare reports and provide written advice in emails and letters
  • Correspond with HMRC
Preferred Requirements:
  • Self-motivated with a positive and willing work ethic
  • Build strong and effective relationships with clients
  • Demonstrate resilience and confidence in taking on new challenges
  • Ability to prioritise workload, be outcome-focused, and meet tight deadlines
  • Confidence in Excel and common tax software within the market
Preferred Qualifications & Experiance:
  • ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA Qualified
  • Experience working in an Employment Tax team
  • You will need to demonstrate resilience and confidence in taking on new challenges
  • Ability to prioritise own workload be outcome-focused and meet tight deadlines
Benefits:
  • £50,000 - £60,000
