Corporate Tax Director - OMB Focus - Gloucester
£90,000-£125,000 | Full-time | Office-based
This is a key leadership hire driven by growth - not backfilling, not reactive.
A major regional office of a national firm is looking for a Corporate Tax Director to take the lead on a portfolio of high-value OMB and mid-market clients.
This is about strategic input, not box-ticking. You'll own client relationships, drive delivery standards, and help shape the future of the regional tax team.
You'll be the go-to adviser for clients who expect more than compliance. That means planning, structuring, and real commercial influence — backed by national-level support but with local autonomy.
You'll also have a clear seat at the table: mentoring senior staff, supporting the tax partner group, and playing a visible role in business development and team growth.
