- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for a dynamic team.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including overtime, salary adjustments, and shift payments.
- Handle holiday, sick, and maternity pay requests efficiently.
- Provide guidance and resolve payroll-related queries for employees.
- Maintain compliance with payroll policies and regulations, including issuing P45s and other necessary tax forms.
- Proven experience in a payroll or administrative role, ideally within an accountancy or professional services environment.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail to ensure precise payroll operations.
