• 50/50 split between personal and corporate tax
• Almost entirely advisory – just enough compliance to keep your edge sharp
• Remote-first, with occasional Manchester meetups to stay grounded
• No timesheets. No bureaucracy. Just smart people doing meaningful work  

What They’re Looking For:

• ACA, ACCA or CTA – though experience speaks louder than letters
• Comfortable at Senior Manager or Director level, in Top 100 or boutique firms
• A communicator. A problem solver. Someone who can make tax feel human
