What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and review a portfolio spanning personal and corporate tax clients
- Act as a key point of contact for clients — not just back-office support
- Review tax returns and assist on planning projects (CGT, IHT, restructuring, R&D, share schemes, etc.)
- Work closely with managers and partners across the full tax spectrum
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Help spot opportunities, solve problems, and add value
- ACA / ACCA / ATT / CTA qualified or near-qualified
- Solid compliance experience across personal and corporate tax
- Exposure to advisory work — or a clear desire to get more involved
- Strong communication and review skills
- Someone who wants to stay mixed — and be trusted to grow
- A real mixed tax portfolio — no narrowing, no push to specialise
- Clear route to Manager and long-term progression
- Varied advisory work and direct partner access
