The Role:**
We are looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager** to join our growing tax team, providing high-quality advisory and compliance services to a diverse client base.
You will play a key role in delivering technically robust tax advice, managing client relationships, supporting business development, and mentoring junior team members, while strengthening the firm’s reputation as a trusted adviser.
This role offers a strong mix of corporate tax advisory, client leadership, and commercial involvement**, with the opportunity to shape and contribute to the continued growth of the tax service line.
Key Responsibilities:**

Deliver high-quality corporate tax advisory work including:

Structuring and reorganisations

Refinancing and legal structure optimisation
-
Transaction support (pre-/post-deal)
-
Tax authority enquiries
-
Governance and compliance advice
-
Manage tax projects, ensuring timely delivery and coordinating input from other departments.

Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.

Prepare proposals and contribute to winning new work.

Participate in business development activity, including webinars and marketing content.

Stay up to date with UK tax legislation and ensure best practice is followed.

Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, AML, and wider regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate records across systems and reporting tools.

Support senior leadership with research, technical work, and complex advisory matters.

Attend client meetings and provide clear, practical, and trusted advisory support.

Contribute to internal process improvement and maintaining high quality standards.
Leadership & Team Responsibilities:**

Support, mentor, and develop junior staff.

Skills & Experience:**

Significant experience in corporate tax within practice.

Proven experience providing both advisory and compliance services.

Strong working knowledge of UK tax legislation.

Experience managing and growing client relationships.

Ability to coach, support, and develop junior staff.

Strong commercial awareness and sound judgement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Experience using accounting and tax software.
