The Role
A Top 25 firm is looking to hire an Audit Senior into its Wolverhampton office.
You’ll take responsibility for leading audits from planning through to completion, working closely with Managers and Partners while supporting junior team members. The client base is mixed, with a strong focus on SMEs and owner-managed businesses.
Responsibilities

Lead audit assignments from planning to completion

Act as the main point of contact for clients during fieldwork

Prepare and review audit files and statutory accounts

Identify risk areas and key issues, escalating where appropriate

Delegate and review work completed by junior staff

Support Managers and Partners with delivery and client relationships
Requirements
-
ACA or ACCA qualified (or close to qualification)

At least 3 years’ audit experience in practice

Experience leading audits and dealing with clients directly

Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple assignments
