Key Responsibilities:
  
•Lead the regional employment tax team, supporting professional growth through coaching, appraisals, and enhancing team skills.
•Collaborate with regional tax professionals and report to senior leadership within the region and nationally.
•Maintain regular client contact, fostering strong working relationships through assignments and meetings.
•Provide tailored tax advisory services and in-depth technical guidance.
•Proactively identify new business opportunities and cross-sell additional services across the firm’s network.
  
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  
Qualifications: CTA qualification is advantageous but not essential; significant relevant experience is highly valued.
Experience:
•Proven expertise in employment taxes, with the ability to navigate complex tax legislation.
•Experience working with clients across a range of industries.
•Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and grow client relationships.
