While the team is embracing automation, you won’t need prior experience in this area—just a willingness to work in a forward-thinking environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading on compliance work, including self-assessment tax returns and related reporting
- Supervising and developing two junior team members
- Working closely with senior leadership to support the wider strategic goals of the team
- Staying engaged with clients throughout the compliance process—this isn’t a back-office-only role
- Embracing new systems and automation tools being introduced across the department
- ATT qualified – this is essential
- Strong experience in personal tax compliance
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members
- A proactive mindset and willingness to be part of a team that’s modernising the traditional tax workflow
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
