An independent tax advisory firm, built by Chartered Tax Advisers who work as specialist tax partners to accountancy practices, wealth managers and family offices across the UK.
No compliance treadmill, no single-track specialism. Just complex, high-value advisory work - EOTs one week, private wealth and IHT structuring the next, then an HMRC dispute, then an R&D claim that actually needs proper technical firepower behind it.
The firms and advisers who bring in this team don't have the specialist depth in-house. You become the expert they call when the question is too complex to sit on - sometimes working quietly behind the scenes, sometimes sitting across the table from the client directly as their trusted tax partner.
The ideal candidate is operating at the Senior Manager or Associate Director level, likely within a regional or independent firm, and looking to become more involved in diverse technical advisory work.
It's fully remote, UK-wide, with a salary of circa £70,000–£100,000, depending on experience and level.
