This isn’t back-office support. From day one, you’ll be client-facing - whether it’s prepping for management meetings, sitting in on negotiations, or helping pitch to new prospects. You’ll work across a variety of transactions, getting exposure to the full M&A lifecycle and sharpening both your technical and commercial edge.

What they’re looking for:
 
You’re probably ACA-qualified (or close), maybe coming out of audit, TS, or advisory at a Top 10 firm. Or you might already be in a Corporate Finance Exec role but feeling stuck or underutilised. Either way, you’re commercially curious, confident with clients, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
 
They care less about which building you’re in now and more about how you think, how you communicate, and whether you’ve got that inner drive to make things happen.
